At PetNest, we hope you and your pet stay happy! We will provide support if you are not satisfied.

30-day return window: You may apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the item. The product must be unused, kept in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or defective items: Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective. We will cover return shipping costs, or arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How to start the return process: Please email [MurtadaAlvarez85@gmail.com] to initiate your return. Do not send back items without prior approval.
Non-returnable items: Opened consumables (such as pet treats and liquid products) and custom engraved items cannot be returned.
Refunds: After approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–6 business days.
