• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Damaged / Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping or provide a free replacement/full refund.

• Non-Returnable: Opened consumables (like pet treats or liquids) and custom/personalized items cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
